Mixed Use Concept, Noida
The principle of open spaces in offices is implemented with the help of viewing terraces designed at the level of the upper floors. The architectureе highlights the structure of the building and makes it particularly spectacular in the evening. In the design of the facades, white and gray panels are used. The area of the facade glazing increases depending on the height of the floor, opening up unique views to the users of the object.
In addition to the offices, the new complex will include a lobby with a reception, an internal retail and a cafe for users, as well as a restaurant and a business lounge. Inside the facility, there will be a two-light space with panoramic windows, divided into several functional zones – for waiting for visitors with soft sofas in the center of the hall, and at the entrance group – for organizing the logistics of couriers. An important element of the design of the common areas has become a spiral staircase-it leads visitors to the mezzanine with a business lounge, which can be reserved for meetings or as a flexible isolated workplace.

Redevelopment Concept, Lucknow
OUR PROPOSAL
Our proposal is for an innovative redeployment of typical suburban, residential housing construction techniques and materials into 3-storey multiple dwelling clusters.
A single story old structure is transformed into a private community of 4-6 dwellings of differing sizes and types.
INTER-GENERATIONAL PLACES
Residents can be singles or couples willing to share-house, elderly residents, small young families, established families, empty nesters and importantly: guests and relatives that can come and stay in the bedsit. Equally the module diversity allows for multi-generational families to occupy two or more adjacent dwellings.

Our design reconfigures the socialization of the public road and verge space. By calming traffic movement, introducing urban furniture, plus perpendicular parking, we reclaim the street as an extension of the shared public realm shared by the precinct community.
Within each lot, shared spaces across the ground plane become the ‘semi private’ zone with a transition space between the dwellings and the public zone of the reconfigured street.
The project is designed for sub-tropical conditions. All dwellings have multiple aspects to optimize cross ventilation. Northern solar access is provided to all main internal and external private living areas and every dwelling has a generous private outdoor north facing terrace.

Proposed Transport Hub - Central Piazza
Once ready, Bodaki will act as the transit hub for people travelling to eastern parts of Uttar Pradesh as well as
Bihar and West Bengal. To decongest Delhi and Anand Vihar, several trains will originate from and terminate at Bodaki
in the coming years.
Besides the railway station, a metro station and an interstate bus terminal has also been planned in Bodaki.
The transport hub will be ready in the next five years.
